The padded panel sits on the breastbone, the straps run behind the front legs and the D-ring sits on the back, between the shoulder blades. You should slide two fingers flat under every strap, and no more. Nothing should be twisted.

By hand, with mild soap and warm water, then rinse it well. Let it air dry completely before the next walk: no dryer and no direct heat.

Wrong size? Return the unused harness within 30 days and order the size you need. There is no exchange fee. Return shipping for a change of mind or a wrong size is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can try a harness, collar or leash on your clean, dry dog indoors for a few minutes to check the size; once it has been worn outside, washed or chewed, or carries dog hair or odor, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Opened Poop Bags cannot be returned. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used.
