Can I return the bags?
Unopened, yes, within 30 days of delivery. Opened Poop Bags cannot be returned. How returns work.
Where should I keep the rolls at home?
Somewhere dry, out of direct sun, and out of reach of children and pets: plastic bags can cause suffocation. If your dog swallows a bag, call your vet.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can try a harness, collar or leash on your clean, dry dog indoors for a few minutes to check the size; once it has been worn outside, washed or chewed, or carries dog hair or odor, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Opened Poop Bags cannot be returned. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind or a wrong size is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
