This page tells you who runs this website and who sells you KEEL products. KEEL is a brand of Minelia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Every order placed on this website is a contract between you and Minelia LLC.

Who we are

The address above is our registered agent's address, where we receive letters and legal notices. It is not a store, a showroom, a warehouse or a returns address, and we cannot receive visitors or products there. A return needs our authorization by e-mail first, and the return address is sent to you then. It may be outside the United States. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

Ordering today

Online payment on this website is still being set up, so the shop does not take orders yet. Until it opens, you can browse the products and fill a cart, but the checkout page shows a summary only: no order can be placed or paid, nothing is charged, and no personal or payment information is collected.

How to reach us

Write to contact@keeldogs.com. A real person reads your message and answers it within 2 business days. Please include your order number if you have one. For help choosing a harness size, send us your dog's chest and neck measurements. Our Contact page lists what to include for each kind of request.

What we sell

KEEL sells walking gear for dogs: eight products, each at one price, whatever the color or the size you choose.

• Corgi Harness, Dachshund Harness, Frenchie Harness and Everyday Harness: the same padded Y-front harness on four pages, each shown on a different dog, with the same four sizes (XS, S, M, L), the same 11 colors, the same size chart and the same price;
• Leash: a flat coated leash with a loop handle and a metal snap hook, in 11 colors;
• Collar: a flat coated collar with a metal buckle, in one adjustable size and 11 colors;
• Bag Holder: a silicone capsule for a roll of bags, on a cord loop, in 11 colors;
• Poop Bags: 60 bags on 4 rolls of 15, in navy.

All our products are imported. None of them is a toy. What each one is made of, and what is still being confirmed, is on our materials page. Please read our Fit & Safety page before the first walk.

How orders will work

• Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Delivery cost: Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
• Duties: Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
• Sales tax: where it applies, it is calculated at payment and shown before you pay.
• Delivery area: the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. only. We do not deliver to US territories, to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or outside the United States. See Shipping & Delivery.
• Delivery times: we prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 7 to 12 business days, so orders usually arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Every order is tracked.
• Returns: Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can try a harness, collar or leash on your clean, dry dog indoors for a few minutes to check the size; once it has been worn outside, washed or chewed, or carries dog hair or odor, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Opened Poop Bags cannot be returned. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind or a wrong size is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
• Harness sizes: Wrong size? Return the unused harness within 30 days and order the size you need. There is no exchange fee.
• Refunds: to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return, or after we accept your claim when we do not need the item back.
• Cancellations: at no cost, at any time until your order ships. See Cancellations.

Payment

Once online payment opens, this is how it works:

• Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• When you are charged: once, for the total shown at checkout, when your order is confirmed. Every order is a one-time purchase: nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
• Card details: you enter them on the payment form of a third-party payment processor that meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We never see or store your full card number. Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• On your statement: the charge should appear as KEEL DOG, sometimes followed by a short reference added by the payment processor or your bank. If you do not recognize a charge, please e-mail us first and we will tell you what it is.

Product safety

In short: fit the harness so two fingers slide flat under every strap, and check the buckles, the D-ring, the snap hook and the stitching before every walk. Clip the leash to the D-ring on the back of the harness, and hold it by the loop. A harness is not a car restraint or a seat belt. Never tie your dog up with our products, and never leave your dog alone in a harness or a collar. Take the harness and the collar off in the crate and during rough play, where they can catch. Keep the Bag Holder out of reach of chewing, and keep Poop Bags away from children and pets. The full information is on our Fit & Safety page.

If you have a safety concern about one of our products, stop using it and e-mail us with "Safety" in the subject line. You can also report it to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.

Trademarks

The KEEL name and logo, the design of this website, and its text and images belong to Minelia LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Payment brands named on this website belong to their owners. We name them only to tell you how you will be able to pay. It does not mean any partnership or endorsement.

Governing law and disputes

Orders placed on this website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, as described in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any right that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms do not require arbitration. We simply ask you to contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.
