In detail
A flat coated strap, a rectangular metal pin buckle and a keeper loop for the end of the strap.
For walks, the leash goes on the harness.
The strap is coated and smooth, so it wipes clean with a damp cloth. A row of holes adjusts the fit: buckle it high on the neck so two fingers slide flat under it, and tuck the end into the keeper.

Is the Collar sold in sizes?
No: it adjusts with a row of holes. Measure around the base of your dog's neck and e-mail us the number at contact@keeldogs.com before you order, and we will check it with you.
Can I clip the leash to it?
For walks, clip the leash to the D-ring on the back of the harness, not to the collar.
How tight should it be?
High on the neck, with two fingers sliding flat under it, and no more.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it dry.
Can my dog wear it in the crate?
No. Take the collar off in the crate and during rough play with other dogs, because a collar can catch. Never leave your dog unattended or tied up in it.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can try a harness, collar or leash on your clean, dry dog indoors for a few minutes to check the size; once it has been worn outside, washed or chewed, or carries dog hair or odor, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Opened Poop Bags cannot be returned. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. Return shipping for a change of mind or a wrong size is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
